Military Discharge
If you have been employed in the Military or have performed Military Service for your country. You need to supply your military discharge papers.
Documents not in English need to be translated.
File Upload
- Rename Document “MD – Name.pdf” eg “MD – John Smith.pdf”
- Translated files, add “- eng” to the file name. eg “MD – John Smith – eng.pdf”
- Upload both the original and the translation.
