The predominant work visa for Australia is the sponsored 482 Visa, referred to as the TSS – Temporary Skills Shortage visa.
There are three stages to this visa, although in practice we lodge all 3 stages at once.
- Sponsorship by an employer.
- Nominate a skilled occupation.
- Visa application.
The 482 visa may offer you a pathway to permanent residence (PR) through the 186 Employor Nomination Scheme.
The 407 training visa, can be used by applicants who are qualified, but do not have necessary work experience to gain experience and training in Australia.
