Form 956 authorises the migration agent to act on your case. This document is no longer uploaded to the Immi Account with the Visa application. We obtain it in case we need to lodge appeals, ministers offices or state nomination boards.
The Visa Applicants and Sponsors should sign seperate forms.
- Print out page 6 the signature page.
- DO NOT date or check Appoint/Withdraw.
- Sign the page.
- Scan page 6.
We use this page for both appointing and withdrawal of the migration agent.

- Rename Form to “956 – Visa” or “956 – Sponsor” before uploading.
- Rename Signature Page to “956 – Visa – Signature” or “956 – Sponsor – Signature”
- Upload both files.
