OnShore Applicants
- You and all family members MUST live in the Northern Territory.
- Student visa holders, MUST have completed their course in the Northern Territory.
- 491 and 489 visa holders will not be eligable for 190 Nomination.
Offshore Applicants
- Generally will only be offered 491 nomination.
- Occupation on the NTOMOL.
- Have 2 years post qualification work experience.
- Meet the Financial Capacity requirements (min $35,000 for a single person).
