Sponsors are usually
- Individual (Sole Traders)
- Companies (Pty Ltd)
- Partnerships
- Associations (ASN)
Trusts can not be Sponsors, it is the Trustee who must apply to the be the Sponsor. Businesses employer Trust structures will need to supply the Trust Deed.
Business Names (formerally Trading Names) are used by Entities to trade as another name. eg. John Brown trading as Johns Mowing.
