If either the Sponsor or Visa Applicant has been previously married, they need to provide either a divorce certificate, or death certificate for each previous marriage.
Documents not in English need to be translated.
If you are currently married but separated, pending divorce etc and applying on the basis of your de facto relationship. You should specify in your personal statement the date your married relationship ended and when you no longer lived together.

Rename Visa Applicant files to Divorce – V – 1.pdf or Death – V – 1.pdf
Rename Sponsor files to Divorce – S – 1.pdf or Death – S – 1.pdf
If files are not in English, they need to be transalated.
Add -eng to translated files and upload BOTH documents.
eg Divorce – S – 1.pdf and Divorce – S – 1 – eng.pdf
