- 4002 – ASIO Test – Not a national security risk
- 4003 – Foreign Affairs – Not a foreign policy risk.
- 4004 – Debts to the Commonwealth – Come to payment plan, before applying, if you are effected.

- 4011 – High Risk Countries
- 4013 – Previous Visa Cancellations, Previously Worked without Permission (3 year ban)
- 4014 – Previously Left Australia as an unlawful, or BV C, D, E. (3 year ban)
- 4020 – Previous fraudulent or misrepresenting documents (3-10 year ban)
- 4021 – Must hold a Passport, unless unreasonable to do so.
Minors need to meet
- 4012 – Staying with Non Family, must provide a written Undertaking.
- 4017 – Child has relevant permission from parents/court order to come to Australia.
- 4018 – Best interests of the child consideration.
